Our items are either Made to Order and customized to each individual sizes and/or seasonal. We do not accept returns on any items at this time. In an event there's an issue, we are committed to solve it upon request. 

NO CASH REFUNDS, EXCHANGE ONLY

SHIPPING:
Orders are processed Monday- Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Most orders takes up to 4 days to process before shipment is made.

Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, we are no longer liability for the delivery of your order. If you have an issue, please contact the listed service provider.
